Her dedication, along with that of her fellow students, played a pivotal role in convincing URI to establish a formal dive program, creating opportunities for experiential learning among students.
Post university graduation, this trajectory took her to becoming the owner and Chief Operating Officer of International Training, where her achievements in the diving industry have steadily grown over the years. Together with her team, she has been instrumental in propelling ITI to remarkable success and expansion on both national and global scales.

Beyond her endeavors with International Training, Stephanie is also the founder of Clear Currents, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering education, conservation, and sustainable utilization of the world’s oceans, rivers, and lakes.
