She joined the program and opened their West Coast office in November, 2014. Before that, Eleanor worked as an ocean engineer for six years at Glosten. She was a Project Manager and Principal Investigator for vessel traffic and risk assessments studies.
Eleanor serves on the Washington State Board of Pilotage Commissioners and on the Board of Washington Maritime Blue. In 2008, Eleanor completed her PhD in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and moved to Seattle, Washington.
