Brooke Elzweig

Founder Success Associate, Seaworthy Collective

As Founder Success Associate at Seaworthy Collective, Brooke supports the execution and evolution of the Startup Studio & Incubator program — an immersive 12-week experience designed to accelerate ocean impact entrepreneurs.

She is a recent graduate of Duke University’s Master of Environmental Management program, where she specialized in coastal resilience, nature-based solutions, and sustainable finance. Born and raised in South Florida, Brooke’s passion for the ocean led her from coral restoration practitioner and scientific divemaster to strategist supporting early-stage BlueTech ventures. She serves as a Founder Success Associate with Seaworthy Collective through The Continuum, a NOAA-supported talent pipeline for the ocean economy, where she helps startups grow their networks, refine their strategies, and prepare for investment. Brooke also chairs the Coral Restoration Consortium’s Engineering & Innovation Working Group, where she leads stakeholder engagement, co-develops workshops, and is launching the Coral Solutions Hub to connect innovators with restoration practitioners. Through her firm, EMECO (Elzweig Management and Engineering Consulting), she consults with mission-aligned startups, NGOs, and coalitions to advance climate innovation and build the infrastructure to scale regenerative, investable ocean solutions.

“Ocean Exchange is entirely different from any of the other organizations that I’m involved in. It is about sustainable innovation. I think it’s also very different in the extremely broad range of stakeholders that it involves.”
