Anshul Tuteja

Associate Vice President with Royal Caribbean Group

Anshul is the Associate Vice President with Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE:RCL), one of the leading cruise companies in the world with a global fleet of 64 ships traveling to approximately 1,000 destinations around the world.

He heads the Global Fleet Optimization, that entails Energy, Asset, & Program Management, for all 5 cruise brands under the Group Umbrella. He’s actively engaged & leading certain key aspects of the Marine Data, Digitalization & Decarbonization Strategy for the Royal fleet. 

Anshul has a Marine Engineering background (BSc. degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India). He sailed the world oceans as an engineer officer for 5+ years prior he moved to New York to earn a master’s degree in business administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. 

He then joined Maersk, the world’s leading ocean liner company and did global stints in Singapore, Mumbai & Copenhagen, where he was responsible for energy efficiency improvements & emissions reduction of the Maersk Liner fleet. 

He has a strong interest in sustainable business operations, creating a framework to accelerate change and fast-track innovation that addresses climate risks. Other than that, his passion lies in cutting-edge technologies, outer space, reading, hiking & globe-trotting.  He’s lives with his wife in sunny Miami.
