She has a passion for forging strategic alliances and partnerships to “connect the dots” between market and customer needs, delivering innovative solutions and capabilities, and building and inspiring global teams to realize new business.
Most recently, Wendy held the role of President of the Personal Care Business, Consumer Wipes & Hygiene, for Jacob Holm Industries (now Glatfelter), a leading innovator of spunlace nonwoven fabrics with global production facilities, sales and technical support worldwide. She also served as Vice Chairman of Strategic Planning for INDA, Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry.
Prior to joining Jacob Holm, Wendy spent 19 years with Polymer Group Incorporated, now Berry Global. Ms Warner started her nonwovens career in sales and progressed into successive leadership roles including New Business Development Director, Global Corporate Research & Development Senior Director, and then Vice President of Global Specialties. In 2018, Wendy was honored by Plastic News Women Breaking the Mold for her contributions to the industry. Whether as a technical or business leader, Wendy’s focus has been and continues to be Growing Businesses.On a personal note, Wendy has 3 children (a sophmore son and two 7th graders son and daughter). She enjoys exercising and boating.
