Tom Pavilon is a growth marketing and innovation executive who has held management positions in the specialty chemical industry as well as delivered a broad palette of consulting services to life sciences, industrial and financial services companies. He is particularly noted for how he leverages customer discovery to identify unmet needs and quantifies value to fuel organic growth in industrial and life sciences companies.
By guiding clients through identification of unmet needs in attractive markets, calculating the economic value available and targeting appropriate buying populations, he creates demand from the market for offerings, building market share and increasing profitability. He has validated his approach with both new and existing offerings in a number of markets.
His diverse background, that includes engineering, supply chain, technical service, sales, e-commerce management, market management, strategic marketing, business development, business management and strategic planning experience, positions him uniquely to focus on attractive markets and capitalize on demand in these markets.
Mr. Pavilon holds a master’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University.
